By purchasing or using any product or service provided by Helix, you agree to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

2. Payments & Chargebacks

• 2.1 Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate permanent ban and license key deletion, without exception.
• 2.3 All purchases are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• 3.1 All content provided by Helix, including but not limited to software, images, logos, videos, designs, and branding, is protected by copyright law.
• 3.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or publicly display any Helix content without explicit written permission.
• 3.3 Any violation of our intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.

4. Product Issues & Functionality

• 4.1 If a product does not work as intended, you must contact our support team first.
• 4.2 If our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will contact the developer for further investigation.
• 4.3 During this process, your license key may be temporarily frozen. Once a solution is found, your license will be extended accordingly.
• 4.4 Errors caused by third-party software, system configurations, or user modifications are not guaranteed to be fixable.

5. Support Requests

• 5.1 For questions regarding products, purchases, or technical issues, please join our Discord server and open a ticket using our ticket system.
• 5.2 Our support team will assist you as soon as possible. Support outside the official ticket system is not guaranteed.

6. Changes to These Terms

• 6.1 Helix reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
